Keto ravioli and a big ol spring mix salad

I’ve seen these delicious raviolis floating around online so I had to give them a try! And holy cow - they were amazing. I will warn you... it’s a lot of cheese 🤣 but super low carb and easy to fit into your macros!








What you’ll need (for one serving):



INGREDIENTS

1/4lb ground beef

3 slices of provolone cheese

1 tbs cream cheese

About 2 tbs mozzarella cheese

Seasonings (I used salt, pepper, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder)


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. While the oven is heating up, cook your ground beef. Season to taste. Add in cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and combine.

3. Lay the provolone cheese on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven for about 8-9 minutes. You want the edges to start to brown but you do not want the cheese to get totally crispy. Keep an eye on it!

4. Once edges are starting to brown, remove from oven and add a scoop of ground beef on one side of the cheese. Using a spatula flip the side with no filling onto the other.

5. Place back in the oven for a couple minutes, just until cheese starts to bubble and melt again.
