BBQ shrimp+ creamy cauliflower rice!

Oh man, oh man. These were so delicious! If you’re looking for a new shrimp recipe, you are now in the right place. Here’s what you need:








RECIPES




INGREDIENTS


BBQ Shrimp:


1lb of shrimp, with shells

5 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup worcestershire

2 tbs hot sauce

1.5 tbs creole seasoning

1/2 cup butter, cut into cubes

Salt & pepper


Creamy Cauliflower Rice:


1 bag of frozen cauliflower

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tbs butter

2 tbs cream cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Garlic powder

Salt

Black pepper





INSTRUCTIONS


BBQ Shrimp:



1. Heat a large pan up on the stove over medium heat.

2. Add in worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic, and seasoning to the pan and let come to a simmer.

3. Place shrimp in the pan and place lid over the top. Let cook for 3-4 minutes. Take the lid off, and flip shrimp.

4. Toss in the cubes of butter over the top and place lid back on pan. Let butter melt. Once melted, take off the heat and toss so the sauce is coating the shrimp. Season with salt & pepper to taste.




Creamy Cauliflower Rice:



1. Add butter to pan and let melt. Add in cauliflower rice. Flatten and let water cook out, about 7-8 minutes.

2. Add in heavy cream and cream cheese and combine.

3. Add in shredded cheese and continue mixing to melt.

4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
